Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar. Cockroach Janata Party (CJP) founder Abhijit Deepke made serious allegations saying that Delhi Police has given him and his family immense mental torture.

Speaking to the media at Santuk Pimpri in Hingoli after his grandmother’s death, Deepke said that he was taken into custody as soon as he landed from the plane in Delhi, but the police did not give any information about his whereabouts to his parents or lawyers. He said in clear words that he will continue his movement until the dictatorship of Prime Minister Narendra Modi ends.

Serious allegation of mental torture on Delhi Police

Expressing his displeasure, Deepke said that the police did not even allow him to talk on phone to his cousin, who lived with his late grandmother. He raised the question that if the police already knew about grandmother’s death, then why did they reach them in the morning with arrest papers.

He further alleged that the police had come only to create a ‘drama’ with cameras in the name of reporting the news of grandmother’s demise. According to Deepke, when the police asked him to talk to his parents, he asked for permission to call his cousin, citing ill health, but the police did not even let him take the number from the phone.
