Mumbai The illegal construction on the bungalow of a famous film actor located in the posh area of Juhu has been demolished by the local municipal corporation by running a bulldozer. According to the authorities, this action has been taken against commercial alterations and additional construction work being done without permission in the residential premises.
Municipal Corporation’s strict warning and action
A notice had already been issued by the administration to immediately stop the ongoing construction work on the campus. After valid documents and approval letters were not submitted within the prescribed limit, the civic body’s team reached the spot and demolished the unauthorized construction portion.
Bulldozer running in violation of rules
Civic officials have clarified that any major alteration or construction work in residential areas without permission is against the rules. In case of non-compliance of prescribed norms, strict action will be taken without any laxity.
